Product Description

Push-back pallet rack is for high density storage. The depth is usually within 5 pallet positions. The rack takes "first-in-last-out (FILO)" access mode.

Characteristics

-Applicable to warehouses with high cost per unit area, such as cold storage, warehouses in prime locations in downtown, etc.
-Provide 20%-30% selectability
-Both safety and operating efficiency are higher than drive-in racks (drive through racks).
-Compared with adjustable pallet rack, it increases the utilization rate of the ground by about 60%.
-It can be used with a reach forklift or a counterbalanced forklift, and the forklift operation requirements are lower than drive-in pallet rack.

Components

The main components are upright frames, beam, support rail, and carrying cart. The rack is bolted structure and easy to dismantle
and install to a new place.

Store & Withdraw

Loading

Carrying cart runs along the inclined support rail. 1st pallet is placed on the carrying cart, 2nd pallet pushed back 1st pallet
into the rack, 3rd pallet push the front 2 pallets into rack, the rest keep the same operation.

Unloading

Pallet at the pick-up end is carried out first, the next pallet slides to the pick-up point by gravity for unloading, other keep
the same.Unlike drive in pallet rack, forklift truck don’t drive into the rack

Packaging & Shipping

To suit different clients needs,HBrack use different storage method.Following are rules followed. For container order: stretch film+carton board+packing belt+plywood stick+plywood pallet leg For less than container order:plywood box or other that can keep the product safe during transportation Other: based on clients' needs, such as vacum packing etc.
